Our client wanted to refresh the look of their beautiful period cottage, giving the entranceway a softer, cleaner, and more inviting feel. The existing front door had faded over time, leaving the property looking a little tired. To brighten the façade and enhance the home’s character, the client selected Pale Green (RAL 6021) — a subtle, timeless shade that works perfectly with red brick and cottage-style detailing.
We carried out a full door restoration and professional respray, transforming the front entrance into a standout feature that lifts the entire property.
Our Process:
Full preparation including degreasing, sanding, and keying the timber door
Careful masking of all surrounding brickwork, glass, and hardware
Application of specialist primer for maximum adhesion and durability
Professional spray application of 2K high-durability coating in Pale Green (RAL 6021)
Reinstallation and final clean-down for a flawless finish
Result:
The transformation has given the cottage a completely refreshed appearance. The new Pale Green finish softens the entrance and adds instant kerb appeal, complementing the brickwork, porch details, and original features beautifully. This subtle, elegant colour choice brightens the whole front of the home and creates a welcoming, carefully restored look that will stay durable for years to come.
