Our client wanted to revive their tired and heavily weathered composite front door, which had suffered from years of peeling paint and exposure to the elements. They hoped to refresh the entranceway with a bold, modern colour that would stand out beautifully against their red-brick exterior. We carried out a full restoration and respray of the existing composite door, transforming it from a severely flaking surface to a smooth, flawless, factory-quality finish.

Our Process:

• Full removal of all loose, flaking, and failed paint back to a sound surface

• Thorough clean-down, degrease, and sanding to create an ideal key for adhesion

• Masking of glass panels, hardware, and surrounding brickwork

• Application of high-adhesion primer for maximum durability

• Professional spray application of 2K high-durability coating in Emerald Green (RAL 6001)

• Reinstallation of the door once fully cured and a final quality inspection
